6.0 POWERSTROKE
When the 6.0 Powerstroke was introduced to the market in 2003 they brought a lot of new technology with them. And with these new designs brought with a lot of faults. We offer a lot of solutions and upgrades for these issues as listed below. All kits and be adjusted for your needs.
Stage 1: Dealer Proofing, This includes ARP 425 Head studs, Heads machined and new valve seals, OEM Gasket set, 8 New FoMoCo glow plugs, Both driver and passenger side glow plug harnesses, XDP Blue spring kit, XDP Coolant Filtration kit, FoMoCo OEM Thermostat, Mishimoto reservoir cap, FoMoCo Filters (fuel and Oil), and 4 gallons of Lucas 15-40 CJ-4, and 1 gallon of Lucas oil stabilizer.
There are updates that can be added to this kit, to fully bring your engine to todays standards.
Stage 2: Bullet Proofing, This includes
6.7 CUMMINS
The 6.7L common rail Cummins Turbo Diesel has proven itself to be as reliable as it's former counter part the 5.9L Common Rail Cummins. Given it still has some issues as every motor does, overall it is a very strong engine.
The VGT Turbocharger is a very common failure point on the 6.7 Here are the solutions.
Stage 1: NON-VGT S362 Turbo with a high flow 3 piece manifold, Custom tuning by Road Ready Performance with either the MM3 or EFI Live depending on the customer's choice.
